I was super worried for this sweet little girl and wanted to make sure I gave her the best chance!! I called pet urgent care and they were sooooo amazing!!! The front desk girl, Leonor, was so nice and helped to keep me less worried. Dr. Salpitra was great and explaining what I needed to look for and what to do to minimize any risk of her aspirating more. They helped work with my budget knowing that I just wanted to help this little kitten!!! They are all truly caring and definitely went beyond for us, which you don’t see as much these days!!!! Thank you sooooo much!!!!!!Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.Renee Parks2023-10-23They were very compassionate and kind! We felt good leaving her there. The whole staff took great care of her and us. Worth the cost.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.J Samuel Diehl2023-10-04They were wonderfully kind and gentle with us and our needs for our Deedee's final hour. The center has all the little touches of care, of consideration, and kindness that our companions deserve. They spoke gently and warmly, and made a wretched time one of grace and love.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.Bingham-Bosio Family2023-08-16I came in with a sick kitty in tow. Jacquelyn at the front desk was already prepped and ready for me. They got my fur baby right back to smother her with care. The staff here was very helpful and caring. Cats can be pistols when anyone, let alone a stranger, handles them. But, without skipping a beat they targeted her problem, addressed it and had her back in my arms! Thanks guys! You’re what pet owners look for in a veterinary experience.
